The Wave Vision technical indicator measures the relative strength of trend price movements from its average values over a certain period of time. The histogram shows the strength of the price movement relative to the zero level line. Histogram values close to zero indicate the equality of forces between buyers and sellers. Above the zero level line, there is a bullish trend (positive values of the histogram). Below the zero level line, there is a bearish trend (negative values of the histogram).
Smoothing Filter (default) = 10.
Warning (blue line) = 5.
Signal (red line) = 9.
Horizon (golden line) = 14.
The trader’s actions depend on the values of the histogram and signal lines and their location on the indicator chart relative to each other, as well as relative to the zero level line. The most commonly used signals of the indicator are intersections, the transition of the histogram from the zone of negative values to the zone of positive values and vice versa, discrepancies between the values of the indicator and the price, as well as overbought / oversold conditions.
